Ceps with garlic and parsley butter 300g
Préparation
Add the frozen cep mushrooms to a hot frying pan with no oil or butter. Cook over a high heat for about 12 to 15 min, stirring regularly. Extend cooking time if needed until contents start to brown.
Serve with fish or meat.

For a tasty treat, add two tablespoons of thickened cream and serve with a chicken breast or veal escalope. Why not add the cooked mushrooms to an omelette or try it on pasta.
